Wow, I just noticed I have not wrote on my blog since 2009! Well, I kind of fell off the wagon. I was 198.8 pounds on November 17, 2009. After that, my weight went up, and up and up! This was the jump start that I needed! So on week 2 I weighed in at 188.4, a 4.4 pound loss! I did it, now to continue on doing it.

You'll need clear contact paper, scissors, tape and we used markers instead of paint. Cut out squares of contact paper. Tape it down with clear side up. Paint or draw on it.
