Anna lever i dag. Det gäller att leva livet precis som det är. Att med acceptans fatta dagens taktpinne och med siktet inställt på det som är viktigt, leva livet just idag. Söndag 20 mars 2016. I need the Sat Nam in my life! Börjar dagen med 30 minuter Kundaliniyoga och planen är att ge mig själv det dessa fyra dagar fram till påskhelgen. Blev påmind om hur Kundaliniyogan gav mig lugn, inre styrka och målmedvetenhet, under de månader av vårvintern 2014 som jag hade den här morgonrutinen. Anna lever i dag.

Ett år i Mali. Måndag 20 april 2015. Början till slutet på min mission i Mali. Sista veckan ska jag lägga upp fötterna på bänken. Idag börjar min utcheckning. Jag kommer sista veckan ägna mig åt att lämna tillbaka dator, mobil och annan utrustning som FN har tillhandahållit. Jag kommer inte att jobba på kontoret när utcheckningen börjar.
