Torsdag 16. mai 2013. Det ble litt forandring i match-kalenderen min. Jeg byttet ut matchen min i Borås neste helg mot K-1 fight i Frankrike 1 juni. Deretter venter matchoppkjøring til utendørs gallaen som klubben arrangerer på Solgården i Tylösand. Jeg har litt ekstra motivasjon på trening nå, med andre ord. Motstanderne er bra, og jeg må bli bedre - så her er det bare å stå på. Som min norske coach sa for et år siden "det blir ingen fler easy fights". Send dette via e-post. Legg inn en kommentar.

Lørdag 1. juni 2013. Gi deg selv en god start. Dagene hjemme hos mamma er ren luksus. Her har jeg daglig tilgang på juice-maskinen hennes, og da starter jeg dagene med nypresset juice. Visste du at næringsopptaket gjennom juice er høyere enn om du skulle spist fruktene og grønnsakene på normalt vis? Jeg varierer med både frukt, bær og grønnsaker. Fortiden er jeg hektet på å juice spinat og ingefær. Så jeg tenkte jeg skulle dele en av mine favorittjuice oppskrifter. 8226; 2 epler. 8226; 1/3 sitron.

KALORIER HIT OCH DIT. Andra passet för idag innehöll boxningssparring, vanligsparring och pads. Har räknat ut min dagliga energibalans och idag har jag förbrännt ca 2500kcal. Och bara ätit 1035kcal. Så måste äta lite mer så att jag ser till att inte ligga allt för långt under, helst 500kcal. Under det man har förbrännt för att förlora fett och inte muskler för då tappar man styrka och kondition. Vanligtvis struntar jag i att räkna kalorier hit o dit och bara äter sunt men nu under banting är det ett MÅSTE.

Thats why it didnt heal up by it self. The doctor tells me it could take up to 2-3 months to get well again, and that is if I am lucky. Coughing like I smoke 40 a day, but without the part with the sigarettes. Not beiing able to train and do what I love every day is really hard. I 3 MuayThai. I run for my life.
