KALORIER HIT OCH DIT. Andra passet för idag innehöll boxningssparring, vanligsparring och pads. Har räknat ut min dagliga energibalans och idag har jag förbrännt ca 2500kcal. Och bara ätit 1035kcal. Så måste äta lite mer så att jag ser till att inte ligga allt för långt under, helst 500kcal. Under det man har förbrännt för att förlora fett och inte muskler för då tappar man styrka och kondition. Vanligtvis struntar jag i att räkna kalorier hit o dit och bara äter sunt men nu under banting är det ett MÅSTE.

Had sooo much to do since i got to norway. but now it seemes to chill down. started the training again, always fun after a fight. got so much stuff to work on. Getting the energy back from the previous weeks of hard training. Ready for tomorrow :) The last training at Wittayu/kiatkorwit gym, maenam, koh samui yesterday afternoon included everything, and gave me just the right feeling :). Thats why it didnt heal up by it self. The doctor tells me it could take up to 2-3 months to get well again, and that is if I am lucky. Coughing like I smoke 40 a day, but without the part with the sigarettes. Not beiing able to train and do what I love every day is really hard. I 3 MuayThai. I run for my life.
