Much more reliable than any ground hog. They usually show up right before the willow start to bud. Be aware that I don't really measure things so you will have to use a bit of common kitchen sense and adjust to your own tastes and requirements. 3-4 ptarmigan cleaned and cut into bit sized pieces. A few strips of really good bacon.

So at the time I’m typing this it is Christmas Eve! Now I’m not going to say: Who doesn’t enjoy Christmas? Honestly, I know a lot of people don’t. Actually, Christmas is quite a hard time for me….
