Tue - 3K clinic run - very painful. Had to walk as it felt like something was going to snap along my shins. Went to the group run and did about a 5K tempo runs (3 min hard, 2 min recovery, 2 min hard, 2 min recovery, 1 min hard, 2 min recovery, repeat). Had some pain, but it was better than Tuesday. Sat - Crazy day! Not boring at all Heidi.

I have done this twice now, and both times felt fantastic the day of the race. I think for my upcoming half marathon I will extend this to maybe 3 days prior. It seems to agree with me. January 6, 2012 · 1:57 pm. If I Had Six Months to Kill. If I had a six month break from work, I would create a daily schedule for myself to make sure I didn't waste that time. I would exercise (weight lifting or hiking or kayaking) and stretch each day, I would work on my novel at least five days a week and I would spend some time trying to learn a foreign language. I would cook dinner every every weeknight. I have it all planned out; clearly I'm looking forward to retirement. How to wash your hands.
