October 11, 2010 · 10:33 pm. Finally got back some blood work results from when I was taking Crestor 40mg. Total cholesterol – 108 mg/dL. HDL – 63. LDL – 36. Ratio – 1.7. Triglycerides – 46. Everything looks good until you take a look at LP(a). LP(a) – 266 nmol/L ; should be under 17! I feel fine, no injuries, no nothing that I know of. So frustrating. For now I’m back on Lipitor 40mg and will redo the blood test to see if the levels change and figure out what pill is working better. Do I have a future?
