Saturday, June 22, 2013. Eat This Not That. Do you ever get overwhelmed by all of the voices directing you to which diet is best. Food can be downright confusing at times. Luckily we were just getting into the whole solid food stage, which is pretty much a vegan diet, but where were we to go from here? I was reading everything I could, doing countless hours of research and feeling quite overwhelmed. I was just tired of food in general. Why was it the cause of so many problems? Just some food for thought.

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Tomorrow I fly west to visit some very special friends. Jasen and Amanda have been my good friends for a long time and I love them so dearly. We've had a lot to celebrate together over the years. And they've always been there for me. And now for us as a couple. I'm so excited to be able to celebrate this next stage of their lives with them. I can't wait for this weekend! It's going to be a blast. Friday, May 24, 2013. The Days Are Not Always Victorious. But I didn't come here to just air my dirty laundry. Really I feel blessed to be in the position that I'm in. Not that long ago, I felt God prodding me to step it up in my spiritual walk, just as I was doing in my physical workouts. Around the time I started doing Insanity, I also took on the challenge to read my Bible in 90 days. Cover to cover. Talk about getting whipped into shape! Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Friday, May 27, 2011. I Just Might Be INSANE! I've never thought I was going to throw up during a workout, but today I thought I was going to throw up! This day of working out came with many firsts! And I think this was totally a God thing that it happened now with all of the ways I've been feeling lately.
