Our first impressions were that is was a prettier version of the Erawan Falls that we had visited in Thailand. With the various french bakeries and cafes and architecture that wouldn’t look out of place in mainland france. We got chance to undulge in croissants and other foods we hadn’t eaten for months. Worth a mention: Utopia; A great place to relax by the riverside in the day or party until the early hours when night falls. Luang Prabang, Laos.
