Archive for March, 2010 Monthly archive page. On March 31, 2010. We made planters with the high schoolers out of reclaimed wood. Each student decorated their planter with paints. The wood box liners are plastic shopping bags. It was a fun project and everyone got some hands on experience growing plants. Tomatoes were the crop of choice but the herbs ended up working out the best with the size of most of the boxes. On March 31, 2010. Currently we are going every Tuesday and Thursday. These ‘clean spots’ on otherwise graffiti covered walls were left in place for one year.
