Hand Crafted Real Ales. Heavily hopped Golden Ale using Citra that give an intense citrus grapefruit aroma, very refreshing. Golden Ale with a wonderful hoppy nose from the Cascade Hops. It's our thirst quencher popular with lager and ale drinkers. Refreshing and hoppy with Brewers Gold hops giving gorgeous aromas of tropical and lemony fruits. A terrific session ale. Hand Crafted Real Ales. Our beers are available in a whole host of pubs and beer festivals throughout the local area including London. They may also pop up nationally at beer festivals and quality real ale pubs and freehouses through wholesalers and distributors. We attend many events where you can buy our beers in bottles and 5L minicasks and occasionally draught ale in 2 and 4 pint containers to enjoy at home. Please see our Facebook page. Hand Crafted Real Ales. We use the finest English malts and interesting whole leaf hops sourced from all parts of the globe. As we brew according to our own tastes we never skimp on malts which gives our ales a fullness of flavour and if the beer isn't as hoppy as we'd like it to be, then we just add more! Thyme at the Tavern has been voted CAMRA North Surrey Pub of the year. We have 6 hand pumps for cask ales, with one regular ale which is Courage Best and also 5 ales from a number of local suppliers within a 30 mile radius. We also hold our 'mini' beer festival twice a year showcasing a wide selection of ales and craft lagers, with food and entertainment throughout the weekend. Our next beer festival is scheduled for Thursday 23rd April - Sunday 26th April, details of ales to follow shortly.
