Friday, May 15, 2009. Peaceful Pasture 11x14 Acrylic on Canvas. I painted this scene from my imagination. After visiting the English countryside a few years ago I fell in love with all the sheep grazing throughout the countryside. Maybe it is because here in the southeastern US we don't seem to have too many sheep. I want to paint more landscapes with sheep in the future, so stay tuned. May 17, 2009 at 10:22 PM. So neat, Karen - the sheep are so peaceful and the shoes feel so spunky!
