http://nabudiboys.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 26, 2011. I wish I had a dog named Father Christmas…. I think we were aiming for Australian Jingle Bells:. Dashing through the bush,. In a rusty Holden Ute,. Kicking up the dust,. Esky in the boot,. Kelpie by my side,. Singing Christmas songs,. It's summer time and I am in. My singlet, shorts and thongs. Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,. On a scorching summer’s day, Hey! Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut! Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute.

Living it!: July 2012
http://nabudiboys.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 16, 2012. Sunday afternoon, we finished the workshop. With a final cuppa in the shearing shed, it was still raining hard, and the wind was picking up. And up. And then it picked up a bunch trees, some of the tin and fibreglass from the shed roof, and whole lot of other stuff, and chucked it around all over the place. This is the bit the wind left behind. Every road around here had trees and branches down across it. A neighbour took four hours to travel 15km home. Links to this post. View my ...

Sunday, December 16, 2012. Mayanup Christmas Bash… sorry, AGM. To avoid my recently habitual sin of plastering Facebook with my photos, I’m going to use my blog for its original intended purpose: on-line diary and photo repository. Yesterday was an enjoyable day of sheepdog political. Discussion, followed by a few hours of messing around with young dogs, followed by the consumption of very tasty food and booze and exchange of gifts. It was a nice intermission to our final week of harvesting. And requirin...

Living it!: Messing around with the gee gees
http://nabudiboys.blogspot.com/2012/10/messing-around-with-gee-gees.html
Sunday, October 14, 2012. Messing around with the gee gees. Evenings are getting longer and lighter. Rather than dodging darkness and downpours to dispense food and apply rugs, we can take our time to enjoy messing around with the gee gees. Is apparently not genetic. Is R’s horse. Also belongs to him. But according to the Ginger Biscuit, Ginger Blade (aka “The Racing Horse”) is her, ALL hers. And so are all the carrots. Has been sort of outgrown, and Dancer. We can only hope. All done for the year! Dummy...

Living it!: November 2011
http://nabudiboys.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 30, 2011. A Bug’s Life, Part I: Lord of the Flies. We’re all obsessed with insects. Farmboy’s collection of insects are entombed in plastic, which is a very good thing, because if I saw one of these crawling around the house I would probably exit with speed and never come back (and yes, I know it isn’t an insect, but I’m using artistic license). I wish some other bugs were entombed in plastic. And I’ve already swallowed my fair share while out digging in the garden. Links to this post.
