I DIE FOR MIU MIU. There's nothing like a good Miu Miu show to give one the proverbial kick in the pants. In May I pretended like I would be resurrecting in September, but with travel plans, moving to a new place, and a month long computer crash, the end of October came sooner than expected. What happened to summer? The oversized pointy collars and billowy bishop sleeves throwback to the early 70s/Miu Miu's uh-mazing harlequin theater collection circa Spring 2008. THIS SKIRT LITERALLY CAUGHT ON FIRE*. Oh yes, a second Thanksgiving celebrated in NYC. Since living here has more than its share of ups and downs, I thought I'd compile a list of all the particularly NY things I'm thankful for. Picking my produce up on the daily. Street side vendors make this super convenient, affordable, and always fresh. It's a love/loathe situation, but sometimes it's great to be able to completely zone out on the morning commute or late night bender. No longer worrying about a DD!

Saturday, June 12. No one cares about your dreams (either kind). I was in Nature, like a pasture. The grass glowed green and there were many puddle ponds deep navy blue, their edges blending into the grass. No trees blocked the horizon. Everything was space, and everything glowed. I had the feeling of slow-leaping around, like a moon man. No one was around. There were giraffes running. I looked at Fletcher's. Am I just afraid to be not nothing? Is this about control? Tuesday, November 24. Robert Pattinson is pretty and pretty isn't Enough. Here is what I think about Twilight: Edward Cullen is basically a half assed, half witted Edward Scissorhands.
