https://socialworkleadershipdu.wordpress.com/2011/10/26/diversity-matters
Theories of Leadership in Social Work. University of Denver, Fall 2011. On October 26, 2011. Looking at the FACES of our past and current leaders. It is not hard to see a common theme. Theories of Leadership in Social Work. University of Denver, Fall 2011. For social justice, can we end self-sacrifice and war? On November 11, 2011. With this question in mind, I decided to review views of others more knowledgeable than me on the causes of war. I reasoned that if we know the causes of war, then our efforts to prevent the causes can put an end to self-sacrificing actions, as advocated by Gandhi, and group warfare, as advocated by most of the rest of the world, including the U.S. Tinbergen...

Theories of Leadership in Social Work. University of Denver, Fall 2011. On October 20, 2011. One aspect of transformational leadership is to promote a shared vision. In class we discussed four ways to promote our visions:. Use heart and spirit. Address concerns and needs. Provide meaning to the day-to-day. Be larger than life.
