Monday, May 5, 2008. I wanted to use shades of purple or lavender for my website for various reasons. The first reason is that I have never had luck using black for my websites. For some reason I can never make it look good. The darker shade of peach is for the top menu, where the font is against a light color, while the lighter peach color is for the side menu, where the font is against a dark color.
