The result is an interior environment split into three distinct spaces the cafe at the front, the bar and banquette seating to the rear and the pastry shop in the middle with the cashier overlooking the entire shop. The cafe and the pastry shop is clearly visible from the street while the lounge is hidden away in the back. The seating at the front is designed to hold a table for one to groups of eight, from business meetings to parties, giving a versatile feeling and a sense of place.
