One girls story of lardy to lovely. hopefully! Tuesday, 17 July 2007. Day Six. 94 to do. After the depressing episode which was day two, things have been much better. The hunger has faded for 95% of the day, and then having a foodpack makes it all better. I had my first pop-in session last night. I have lost 6.6 pounds in 5 days! And I can fit into clothes that weren't possible to wear a week ago. It makes all the hard work seem ok again! I am loving it! Bring on the next 94 days! Day Twenty. 80 to go.

One girls story of lardy to lovely. hopefully! Tuesday, 31 July 2007. Day Twenty. 80 to go. I have had an amazing two weeks. Feels like a long time since I started, and I am now 20% through the first 100 days. I think I have already decided that I will carry on with the program until I reach my ideal weight, 10 stone. It it also great to realise that clothes that fitted 20 days ago are now way too big, and clothes that didn't fit at all are already becoming loose! Links to this post. Tuesday, 17 July 2007.

One girls story of lardy to lovely. hopefully! Friday, 13 July 2007. Day Two. 98 to go. The last day has been really tricky. I am really tired and I am starting to get a nagging headache. As susggested I am going to start taking pain killers straightaway. I have decided that I like bbq food and I like cakes. I am not pleased with shakes and I think I might drown if I drink anymore. and I still have 2.5 litres to go today! The soups were ok though, a bit like a cup-a-soup. 11 November 2008 at 03:57.

One girls story of lardy to lovely. hopefully! Thursday, 12 July 2007. Day One. 99 to go. Today is the first day of my lighter life. I am about to embark on 100 days of abstinence from "conventional" food and eat only 4 special food packs and 4 litres (yes 8 pints) of water a day. I have been making a conscious effort to loose weight this year, but in the first 5 months only lost 13 pounds. not even a whole stone! Some may think this method is extreme, but I am hoping it will work for me!

Koulun jälkeen suuntasin suoraan kuntosalille, ensimmäistä kertaa 2,5kk. huh. tuntui tunnin treeni jo kovalta, mutt hyvä fiilis jäi. Siitä sitten koiran kanssa kävelylle tunniksi ja kahville kaverin kanssa. Illalla suunnitelmana on tehdä kana-feta-hunajakastike salaatti:) Nam! Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Ready to tell you all.I am fat again. Very VERY fat again, not only did I gain it all back, but add a couple of pounds for good measure. 256. There it is the number I did all by myself. Worst part was last time I started I had just had a baby 6 weeks earlier, I don't have that excuse this time. I ate my way to fatness. Almost 30 pounds of it in just 3 short months. I was 228 the last time I weighed myself in November. I know how it happened,. I gain 75 pounds. Friday, July 16, 2010.
