The upper part of the house is one room with a wooden floor and is large enough to for a small yoga and meditation group. It also has two singles and a double bed and has access to two bathrooms. One directly outside and one on the floor below. The house is on 3 levels. The top level is the painting studio with superb views, this room can be used a s a yoga and meditation space for a small group. it also has 2 single beds. The studio plus a share of the rest of the common areas of the house makes a great musicians retreat suite. The next level down has a double bedroom with an office and a communal living room and bathroom. This bedroom and office and a share of the communal areas of the house make a perfect writers retreat space.
