June has been public health month, and as a public health major it’s been great to focus on public health in our projects. The chicken coop project is public health in a nutshell because it is educational, will add nutrition to the orphan’s diets, and provide income to make improvements on the orphanage which will advance the health of the children. We wanted to give them a reliable incom...

Our Laughing Place: Yes, it's a mouse
http://ourlaughingplace.blogspot.com/2010/11/yes-its-mouse.html
Where we record our everyday adventures. Monday, November 15, 2010. Yes, it's a mouse. Although currently encased in plastic, soon this little guy will have a new home. It will not be ours. I did a bit of rearranging downstairs this past weekend. We pushed the couch back, slid other furniture around and lifted the bean bag to a new spot. It wasn't until I stood back to see my progress that I noticed the flattened gray mouse where the bean bag once had been. That gets me even more excited to have a boy :).
