Hill Forts and Headaches race report – A steep hill to climb
https://aviewfromthemiddlepack.wordpress.com/2017/01/01/hill-forts-and-headaches-race-report
The Route to the top. A steep hill to climb. Hill Forts and Headaches race report. January 1, 2017. January 1, 2017. What better to start the year than a 3 mile fell race! When I looked at the route the day before I was slightly surprised that the race was just the uphill and you had to jog or walk the 3 miles back to the start whether you liked it or not! Fear not, the next day was a beautiful day, blue skies, no wind and i didn’t drink the night before. Sounds perfect right? A brief overview of 2016.

The Route to the top. A steep hill to climb. January 1, 2017. January 1, 2017. So at some point last year i decided i would become the queen of race reports and document the adventures and misadventures of this running malarkey. For the whole of 2016 i felt like i had absolutely no clue what i was doing and was just turning up for races feeling totally unprepared and somewhat ignoring the finer details. In the process, i soon realised i hated cross country and Parkrun (Don’t shoot me! Notify me of new co...

The Route to the top. A steep hill to climb. From 0 to 14. January 19, 2017. This week is fuelled by the Spine Race: 268 miles non-stop along the Pennine Way. The men and women that even attempt this are my absolute heroes! I cant imagine how they feel but who knows, perhaps i may find out one day? So this week, feeling motivated, I saw my return to running after a week off from food poisoning (cheers boss! Hill Forts and Headaches race report. January 1, 2017. January 1, 2017. The Route to the top. A steep hill to climb. Basically this is a ‘blog’ about my running journey and because its a blog it makes me super cool, right? Ill write about the good runs and the bad runs, the dos and donts and the highs and the lows. I’m no expert and i wouldn’t say i’m particularly experienced at running but i’m making my own path and picking up a fountain of knowledge on the way. People often call me stupid, crazy or mad and I wouldn’t disagree.

Keith Duffell's Blog. What is a QR Code? A QR Code is an image, a bit like a bar code that you can scan using your Smartphone (you need a QR Code reader app installed on your phone). This is a QR Code I have created. If you scan it it will take you directly to this website – a bit pointless really as you are already on my website on your smartphone, but if you aren’t, simply load up the QR Code reader app on your phone and scan the code to view this website on your Smartphone. No, St James’ Park!

Keith Duffell's Blog. No, St James’ Park! So, Newcastle United Football Club have a new sponsor who have also bought the stadium naming rights which Mike Ashley controversially showcased by renaming St James’ Park as the Sports Direct Arena. The club have announced Wonga.com as the new sponsor, you know, the short term loan company that charge ridiculously high interest rates, just like loan sharks do. They have decided to revert back to the old stadium name: St James’ Park. It looks like it.

Life Beyond the Casinos
Life Beyond the Casinos. On March 2, 2018 by jefferyrn. Ricky went to the doctor this morning and was told he has nothing to worry about. Thank God. The stress was killing us. Those numbers while out of normal range were not in the danger zone. They fluctuate when you are getting over a cold or flu. I told him this but he needed a real doctor to confirm it. I have already started the eating more healthy part. Of course I expected immediate results from eating right for 3 days. Ha! I was going to lose 30 ...

A view from the Mind's I. The evolution of consciousness has finally resulted in our being able to understand the functioning of the human psyche. The form and function of our internal ethereal structures. Why they are the way they are and what purpose they have and how they fulfill that purpose. A View From the Nose Bleed Seats. MEMORIAL DAY — LET’S REMEMBER WHAT IT REALLY MEANS. Although I haven’t written anything since January, I still receive requests for this one, first posted on Memorial Day of 2013 . Here it is for you again:. To most people, Memorial Day marks the end of school, the beginning of summer, the season’s first full-blown BBQ party, or simply another reason to drink beer and watch the ball game. Besides, we’ve always had a barbeque party this weekend, so why stop now. It was cr...
