Something of an inauspicious start | Right On Commander!
https://rightoncmdr.wordpress.com/2012/11/14/welcome-to-elite
Still mostly harmless after all these years. Skip to primary content. Something of an inauspicious start. November 14, 2012. I had a very quick go running BBC disk Elite via the B-Em emulator. Last night and did my usual thing of loading up on furs and food on the route from Lave. A route that is hard-wired into my brain, although the Lave- Leesti. Being so quickly eliminated is bad enough, but to be taken out by Sidewinders is tantamount to having your iPhone stolen in the street by a three year-old.

Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Nancy Kominsky (1915 - 2011). Passed away on the 11th of March, 2011. Through her HTV West series, Nancy didn’t just inspire and teach me. More importantly, she gave me the courage to not give a damn what anyone thought of my efforts and not give up. Provided that I was having fun and progressing, nothing else mattered. Posted by Dave Jeffery. You Know When You’ve Been Tango-ed. And I are both enthusiastic users of the GNU. Tom (left) and Samwise (right). And much else in between.
