Beginning with Ender: June 2011
http://beginningwithender.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
June 14, 2011. This is what we did the first half of our summer. Ender went with his dad to the Fathers and Sons campout. He obviously didn't care much for the churchy fireside. Someone wisely brought glow-sticks for the kids, which was tons of fun for them, and helped us track them down when they ran off into the darkness! Ender was so excited (not pictured here) to wear his little backpack that he wouldn't take it off the whole time. He even slept in his backpack! He loves his bucket! B-log from the b-...

Beginning with Ender: August 2012
http://beginningwithender.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
August 17, 2012. Summertime was very busy, and this is why. Summer officially began with the first of Ender's many birthday parties! We had a Buzz Lightyear dance party, which meant a black light and a lot of psychedelic photography. Chloe got a little sick right before Ender's operation, so she spent the weekend having quarantine dates with Daddy. She really was sicker than she looked. Ender before his operation. And after the operation. Ender's pal Woody stopped by to help him feel better. Racing his c...

December 27, 2010. Since we were spending the holidays with family, we decided to bless baby Chloe with as many of them as we could gather in. The dress she wore was handmade by a woman in our ward. The proud father and his tiny angel. Mommy and her little lady. Chloe's great-grandparents were very happy to be there. Aunt Candy holding the little sweetie. Auntie Marianne giving the little one a squeeze. Even her cousin Asher got dressed up for the occasion! December 22, 2010. December 1, 2010. A lightsab...

January 21, 2011. We had a big Christmas vacation this year, spanning nearly three weeks of family and fun. Not that the two are necessarily different, but there was a lot of both. Here are some of the highlights we were able to capture for your amusement. Ender and Chloe visiting the furniture store Santa. always a fun holiday tradition! Baby Chloe got to meet her aunts and uncles for the first time. Amy took the lead on decorating the Christmas tree. Ender loves to see his Christmas tree. Ender and Bre...

November 9, 2010. Aunt Marianne had her senior recital recently, and pretty much the whole family (minus the hawaii branch [sad emoticon]) got together to celebrate. And since we had already gathered for the recital, we decided to take a trip to Colonial Williamsburg! And this is what we did. We spent Halloween in Maryland, and this is the best picture we could manage of the kids in their Halloween costumes. A pumpkin and a giraffe, in case you're wondering. Colonial vacation fun. in the stocks, LOL!

March 10, 2010. We don't know if it will be a boy or a girl yet, so we're calling our miniature bundle of joy by the androgynous name Jessie until we find out. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Enjoy some pictures of us! B-log from the b-dogg. Picture Window template. Template images by MadCircles.

May 22, 2010. First fathers and sons. Brian and Ender went to the stake Fathers and Sons camp-out. Brian's first as a father, and Ender's first as a son. The young man loves his backpack! Ender decided that he wanted to play baseball. He knew how to swing the bat, just not how to hold it. Or homerun, or whatever the crap you score in baseball. Ender loved the special orange wizard hats one of the dads brought. One for now, one for later. The sons from our ward:. Thurman, Ender, Nico, AJ. May 12, 2010.

Chloe loves going for adventures (and sometimes rides) in the laundry basket. A Mommy sandwich in Ender's classroom. Did I step in something? Ender messing with the camera. How does this necklace look on me? Fun at the photo shoot. Our new favorite photo of the kids. More hair spout, because it's just so cute. Totall...

September 26, 2010. Summer of fun 2010. We did lots of fun stuff this summer, and I mean lots! Here's just a small sampling of the fun! We went to a little zoo, which was nice except that about half the animals weren't there anymore. But it did have a fun train which Ender loved watching. Riding the zoo train with daddy! Ender wanted to ride the zebra. And yes this giraffe is what he meant by "zebra". Rules schmules. this ain't the park for whimps. A) Driving the car. D) Quatro. Cinco. Six! Uh-oh somebod...

January 13, 2012. The holidays came and went, everything from Halloween through New Years, and we took about a zillion pictures during that time. Also Brian has been experimenting with different camera settings, color techniques, and sneaky tricks while fixing these pictures, so apologies ahead of time if some of these look crazy and pitifully experimental. If this isn't a ball, then what the heck am I supposed to do with it? Ick I got pumpkin mud on my spotlessly clean baby hands. It would be waste of t...
