A high heeled perspective. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Today I signed up for a 10k that I will run on Saturday! I was originally just going to run the 5k portion, but in convincing a friend to run with me, we both ended up deciding to do the 10k. She said she was too slow for a 5k so I suggested do the 10k. on Saturday at about 9:30am we'll see if this was the wrong decision. Ha! I'm continuing my effort to get/stay in shape by running and doing these races keeps me motivated during the week to run.
