Thoughts and randomness thrown together in one bag. Happy Birthday to me! March 11, 2008. Yesterday was my birthday. I turned 33. That is the only time I will say my age, so remember it! We celebrated this weekend by going to Independence, MO for some shopping and lunch. It was a fun day. The cake you see above was thanks to the new cake pan I bought myself for my birthday. Nathan has started preschool! And I love it too. It’s not full day……only a few hours a day, so by the time he comes home that is the time that I am really beginning to miss him. Ralph had a "mouse house" pumpkin idea in mind that he saw in a magazine, and I, as usual was Mrs. Traditional. Sadie, as it turns out, loves to eat pumpkin. I have to say that I love those months every year between January and April when the stores start selling these delicious confections. I seriously have to have mini-talks with myself so that I do not eat a dozen of these every day. Luckily they come in those handy 4 packs so I have no choice but to ration them during the week. In our town, the AAA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox has a team. They are the Salem Red Sox, and the stadium is literally 2 minutes from our house. Friday the weather was perfect, not too hot, not too cold and Cameron was a good boy all throughout the game! All in all, we had a fun, family night out and can't wait to do it again. Claussen's at the game!

Monday, April 25, 2011. We had a great Easter weekend! We celebrated it with 2 egg hunts, dying eggs, dinner with friends, and then today we were able to go to the Annual White House Easter Egg roll. It was stinking hot and there were a gajillion people, but we still managed to have fun! Here are some pictures of our weekend:. David waiting patiently for the egg hunt to begin.
