Sunday, April 29, 2012. Band-A-Thon - Day 6 - water. This has always been a relatively easy one for me (until it comes to the weekend). In fact, since I started walking in the morning (shameless plug for myself) - I was adding an extra 16 oz before I even had my coffee.
