Add a fill to drop the fluff. Tuesday, August 19, 2008. So I've really been working out lately! Now that I'm out of school till the end of Sept. I figure that I need to be at the gym if not everyday, at least 5-6 days/wk. What else am I gonna do? I should do something else.like start to jog! I've always been so amazed by people who can just run, brilliant! There are these girls at the gym that can run on the treadmill for 30-45minutes-AMAZING! I would love to be able to run a 5k that would be GREAT GOAL!

I've been completely busy with school for the last month until finals and then my school break came for a week and I tried to catch up with everything before school started back up. Well today was the first day back for summer qtr (ehkkkk! And I already feel behind, but a quick blog entry sounds good. At my 4th week I got to go in and get my first fill! She inserted the needle/syringe and couldn't get the...

Add a fill to drop the fluff. Monday, May 12, 2008. T-minus 2 days and counting. I got the phone call and my surgery check-in time is 9:45am! I asked Steve to take a few "Before" photos, but he's tall so the angle makes me look smaller, but believe me, I'm not. I would post some stats but it's a bit too embarrassing, but once I start losing and get away from these high numbers I'll definitely post! I can't believe these photos! Well, there you have it.yowza! I can clearly see where I put on weight, geez!

Well, I'm gonna go rest and then take a walk with my husband (whose been great! He'll be really helpful whenever I get pregnant, I can tell). I'm glad to hear your surgery went well! Add a fill to drop the fluff. Thursday, May 22, 2008. This was a draft that I forgot to post so here it is:. So, I've begun my 2nd week which is soft foods. The swelling of my stomach has definitely gone down, so it's easier for me to swallow foods. I've been having low-fat cottage cheese, yogurt, grits, oatmeal, sauteed vegetables, and I think we're gonna have mashed potatoes OR potato soup tonight. My appetite is starting to come back a little, and I've noticed that by 11ish, my stomach starts roaring.

Add a fill to drop the fluff. Wednesday, August 13, 2008. Wow, I am horrible at blogging! Well i took my last final today for summer qtr WOOOHOO! Last week was 4 reports and 4 tests and then this week we had all finals and I'm done! Ekkhh, I'm so excited to have 5 weeks off that once I was done with my test I started eating some of my leftover chicken teriyaki, but since I was so happy, I just threw it in my mouth, chewed twice and swallowed= =not good. I love it and am really getting into exercise!
