It's official. Right now it looks like only one resort has opened its slopes and we can ride only the cross country slopes, but snow biking has begun to make tracks. Ha. Sweet. In true southern comfort food fashion, 90% of the food we consumed came out of a deep frier and the other 10% came from a grill.
