Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Today's goods are product of a request from a friend. He asked for some 70's funk. I picked this up near the end of college thinking. It would be a good party record. It got a little love but not nearly as much as it deserves. I don't know much about Quazar. And honestly I don't think there is much to say other then that it kicks major funkin. Ass I have read that it was a side project of Glenn Goins. Singer and guitarist in Parliment. I'm not really a huge P-Funk connoisseur.

Wednesday, October 29, 2008. So nothing special.today. I just have a call to arms for all of you budding hip hop producers who might happen across my blog. I love Galt. And he has been sampled to infinity and back by some top dog hip hop producers. I think this song could have been used in a million different ways and probably a lot better. The song is called "Space" and good ol. Rhymes used it in "Woo Hah. But, doesn't hurt to try and make something cooler right (sorry B)? Female Animal.I like!

Based off the amazing album cover I am assuming Senor Wilson had way better luck than I did when he poured out those sweet ass lyrics. This one came out in 1973 and stupid wikipedia. Even list it as one of his albums. I find that kind of strange since it has his only #1 US Pop Billboard hit. Ago Quality is aight.
