Tuesday, 4 November 2014. Back on the weight loss bandwagon. Weight and my relationship with food has always. Been a problem for me. I'm very much so an emotional eater and have literally no will power when it comes to having any cravings. Along with this I've never liked exercise, I used to skip PE lessons at school mostly because I was embarrassed at my fitness level being so low and then well you can guess where it went from there.
