Lemons and a slight wheatiness. Very pale with a strong head. It’s nice for a black sheep ale. I’m never overly impressed at their selection. Trooper Black ‘n’ Red Porter. December 2, 2016. Pours a lovely rich dark chocolate colour with a lasting head. Very smooth going down. Quite thin, and nowhere near as much flavour as smell.
