The Big C and Me: MOTHER'S DAY: IT'S COMPLICATED
http://thebigcandme.blogspot.com/2015/05/mothers-day-its-complicated.html
Healing and dealing with life after a breast cancer diagnosis. Thursday, May 7, 2015. MOTHER'S DAY: IT'S COMPLICATED. I wanted to share a beautiful, personal and poignant essay that my friend Kim. Wrote about the many complications of motherhood. It's entitled. My Mother, Mother-In-Law, and Me: A Love Triangle. And WOW, what a great read. But I don't want to give the story away by excerpting even one sentence. So I'll let you. Read it on your own. Have a tissue ready! Labels: breast cancer, #mothersday.
Walking in SUNSHINE: 3 DOWN, 27 TO GO
http://walkingnsunshine.blogspot.com/2010/10/3-down-27-to-go.html
Journaling my journey after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Thursday, October 7, 2010. 3 DOWN, 27 TO GO. Right now, the hardest thing about radiation is driving over to the office every day, but that will probably change. The side effects I can expect are fatigue and skin sensitivity. The fatigue usually starts after the second week and the skin sensitivity could be any time - every woman is different. I have felt a little bit of tightness and a burning sensation every once in a while. Love you sis :).

CLL Diary: Red cell rebound

LIVING WITH CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA, RICHTER'S TRANSFORMATION, DLBCL, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. Thursday, January 03, 2013. I knew I was feeling more energetic recently when, after going up and down the stairs moving a dozen cardboard boxes, I didn't feel especially winded. Contrast this with not all that long ago, when just getting myself up the 14 steps was challenge enough. I'll also ask him about possible maintenance treatments and/or treatments at relapse, including what may be available in clinical...

LIVING WITH CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA, RICHTER'S TRANSFORMATION, DLBCL, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. Sunday, March 17, 2013. Bendamustine and rituximab: the verdict. The results are in. After five cycles of bendamustine (Treanda) and rituximab, which ended in mid-November, I can report that the treatment worked better than I expected. I have to admit that I just about fell out of my chair upon hearing the news. I was hoping, at best, for maybe 20% CLL in the marrow, a significant reduction, to be sure....

Breast Cancer is my BITCH. My journey through breast cancer and out the other side. Sunday, October 16, 2011. Velcro Head- just for fun. I got a couple of really nice comments on my blog this week and I realized that I probably should try a post a little more often, and maybe not always be quite so pathetic. I don't want everyone thinking that I'm so deep ALL the time. So, in an effort to lighten things up after a few weeks of deeply darkest dark things. Velcro head PLUS Clean Bathroom!
