Oo dee la la. A peek inside Howie's head. Monday, September 28, 2009. Saturday, Sept 26 Th. We had a birthday. Party To celebrate my 80 Th. Band supplied the music. It was grand. Carl sang mine and Michele's song, by Gilbert O Sullivan. Everyone told me how they liked the music. I love their songs from the sixties. Cathy and I opened all the cards when we got home. I expected it to be quite an experience. An under statement. basically, I have never moved. Now I know why. I lived in the same house the first 17 years. I took a small valise, and joined the USAF. (Some move huh? I went to my daughter's house at 6:00 AM Sunday morning. We drove non stop to Wilmore. Monday morning after the Realtors. Some w...

Saturday, January 30, 2010. Still making six a day. This is sort of a continuation of my last blog. I have three different paths I can take. One of 2 miles, one 4 miles, and one of six. {round trips} I usually take the 4 miler every morning. Then I can add to it later in the day. I have tried to do some jogging, mixed in with the walk. Is totally under control. I have one more cat scan than a follow up visit to Dr. Mickey. All is well. Cathy is more complicated.Dr. Kim thinks there is a problem with blood flow. We have three test to find out where and why, and plan a program for a solution.She feels fine but has a total lack of energy. Been a long time.
