Cookies Triple Chocolate, com Trigo Sarraceno. Mais uma das delícias que encontrei no novo livro da Nigella, o “Simply Nigella”. Este e o “Na Cozinha com Nigella” são, sem dúvida, os meus livros favoritos até agora! A farinha de trigo Sarraceno é mais cara (paguei R$6,50 por um saquinho de 250g), mas não foi difícil de achar aqui no interiorrrr de São Paulo, onde eu moro. A textura dos cookies é bem interessante, quase derretem na boca e têm um sabor bem intenso de chocolate. Muffins integrais de banana.

Um risoto simples, mas tão saboroso e aromático que se tornou um dos meus favoritos! Você pode variar na quantidade de manjericão, colocando um maço ou menos, de acordo com o seu gosto, e também pode mudar o tipo de castanha. Serve aproximamante 4 pessoas). 8211; 300g de arroz para risoto (arbóreo, carnarole ou vialone). 1,5 L de caldo de legumes (ou um cubinho dissolvido em água quente). 8211; 30g de cebola bem picadinha. 8211; 100ml de Vinho branco seco. 8211; azeite extra virgem o quanto for necessário.

Dica: Bananas no ponto certo! Quem cozinha sabe que a maioria das receitas, principalmente de bolo, pede por bananas bem maduras, até passadas. Não sei vocês, mas aqui em casa isso é um problema! Se tem uma fruta que nunca sobra na fruteira, tempo o suficiente para chegar ao ponto certo, é a banana. Confesso que acabava usando-a do jeito que estivesse, mas, realmente, nada supera o adocicado e sabor que ela confere à receita quando bem madurinha. Risoto com quatro queijo. Risoto com quatro queijo. E hoje posto a primeira receita de risotos, que aprendi no mini curso da semana passada. Esta não foi a primeira que fizemos por lá, mas é, sem dúvida, uma das minhas favoritas, então a escolhi para abrir a “temporada” de risotos aqui do blog. Aqui você encontra várias dicas de como prepará-lo sem mistérios. Quanto à esta receita, uma dica que dou é: Esqueça as calorias! Se quiser, pode substituir algum dos queijos da receita por outro.
