Weight related rantings and ramblings. Posted in Exercise Diary. Recently I was at the gym, following the weight lifting programme I’ve mentioned before. One of my favourite cakes from the bakers is an egg custard start. The only problem I find is te pastry is always a bit mushy and I definitely prefer pastry to be crisp. So I thought it was high time I tried my ow with homemade pastry. 2 Tbsp Ice Water. Crumb the fats and flour together. Lift to aerate. Chill in cling film for 30mins. March 23, 2013.

Friday, March 18, 2011. The little I know about Web 2.0! People explaining Web 2.0 appear to like to use a number of acronyms, such as RIA (rich internet applications) and SOA (service oriented architecture). They also like to bandy around 'words' such as 'tagging', 'mash-up' and 'ajax'. I am hoping that as I delve deeper into this course that this terminology will become clearer! My understanding so far seems to be that the applications available are only viable if and how people use them.

Weight related rantings and ramblings. Weigh In & Update. Posted in Weigh in. Things have been a little busy recently, but I have weighed in. So last week I lost 2 pounds, this week I re-gained those same 2 pounds, so I’m still where I was two weeks ago. Food planning for this week, using what I already have in the house. Missed parkrun today and last weekend – last weekend due to the snow, and this weekend due to ear infections in BOTH ears. Not fun. More Parkrunning and Weigh In. Weigh in: 274 pounds.
