The slab went down early last week, we also opted to get a 6mx6m pad put out the front of it to allow for additional parking. Here is the finished product:. We received 3 sets of approvals in the mail today – the Council building permit, a letter of approval for our covenants and the HSTP/Rainwater tank permit. All’s well that ends well though. We got back from holidays yesterday so we were eager to head out to the house today and see what had happened during plantations last week before Xmas shutdown. Overall we are quite happy with the house a few little defects came out of the handover inspection but they should all be rectified by the end of this week. This is the week of the big move! The shed is now complete and we spent the weekend moving stuff in, our ride-on mower with trailer proved very handy moving the heavy items like left over tiles.
