Thursday, May 24, 2012. A few weekends ago we took a trip to the Jersey Shore. Why we decided to wait until we are about to move and not have gone ever summer I am not quite sure. We rented a house with a few friends about a block away from the beach. The weekend was full of amazing food and relaxation. We had dinner on the roof top one night. Bocci of course made its way to the beach. Food was one of the highlights on this trip as usual. Most delicious grilled corn. All the girls outside the house.

Sunday, August 7, 2011. I believe it is time for my monthly blog update. This past weekend Ben and I went up to Cape Cod to spend the weekend. We found this place to stay right on the water. We could see the ocean from our window! Seriously amazing. We ate great food (probably our favorite part), drove around to see the town and enjoyed the beach. A grocery store we say while we were driving. This is the main house that we stayed in. It was called the Lighthouse Inn. This is the house that we stayed in.

Monday, December 27, 2010. Christmas in the City. After looking at the tree we went to dinner at an Italian restaurant. It was sooooo good. Then we went back to Rockefeller Center and went to the top of Rockefeller Center to see the city at night. It was so amazing to see the city all lit up. So glad we did that. Friday, September 23, 2011. Time for my yearly post.a few weeks ago we headed to Vermont with some friends for a race. Ben ran his first half marathon (which he did amazing). We rented a house that had an AMAZING view, hung out, ate amazing food and rode a gondola to the top of a ski hill to go on a hike. Overall, a great weekend get away and am ready to do it again. Saturday, August 6, 2011. A very , very Half Birthday to you! Pierce is 6 months old! Holy cow a half a year old. How did this happen? He is so great! He's been more interactive and makes noises ALL THE TIME! He loves to try and talk. He even laughs! He's loving eating foods and hasn't eaten anything yet that he didn't like. Can you believe the look he gave me? He is definitely getting bigger! Love the hands in the pockets! He cuddles with is bear every night when he goes to bed. Our early morning nap.

Saturday, January 23, 2010. Tonight was Kate's first ballet recital. I tried to make it an extra special night for her since she was very sad that her dad couldn't be here. We signed her up for ballet to help build her coordination and to get her over some of her shyness. It has worked on both counts! Kate was a little darling tonight.she especially loved when her big brother (with the help of Grandma and Grandpa Baker) brought the little ballerina flowers. Enjoy the pictures and video!
