Before I forget, I came up with a delightful chicken salad combination that the internets should know about:. 1 package of boneless skinless chicken breast (1.5 lbs? 2-3 green apples, cored and diced (skins on! 1 red onion, diced. 1 cup sliced almonds. 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt. Salt, pepper to taste. Allow chicken to cool, then shred and place in a separate bowl. Core and dice apples (typically I use 2-3), and red onion. Marcella Hazan's Simple Marinara. 1-2 Tb. molasses.

Sunday, February 3, 2013. Why do I subject myself to to an hour of this EVERY Sunday? At the very least, it gives me a chance to catch up on blog reading, finances, menu planning, and Pinterest. I've had to laugh while "cleaning" up some of my Pinterest boards. I have more Mexican food, and burger recipes than I realized.
