The four districts of the New England Region are:. BCD) includes 45 congregations from Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts, including the South Shore, Cape Cod and the Islands. CBD) incudes 63 congregations from central and western Massachusetts, and all but the southwest corner of Connecticut. MBD) includes 53 congregations from Greater Boston and Northeast Massachusetts. Regional staff are available to facilitate leadership retreats for congregations. Generally, staff will meet with two or more congregations around specific issues such as governance, stewardship, pastoral care programming, faith formation, conflict transformation, and other topics relevant to congregational life. We can also provide referrals to outside consultants who are specialists in capital campaigns, conflict resolution, mission/vision work, strategic planning, and a host of other topics.
