Tuesday, August 11, 2009. Gibson is 6 months old! Gibson has developed such a sweet personality over the last 6 months. He smiles at everyone he sees, he's not afraid of strangers (yet! At his 6-month appointment yesterday, he was 28 1/4 inches long and weighed 19 lbs. He is a tough boy too, never cries when he gets his shots. Friday, May 22, 2009. Today is Addie Claire's last day at daycare for the summer! Here are some pictures of Addie before daycare this week (I think Wednesday). Notice the baby doll in her hand. Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Mommy and Me Time. With Paul away at a guys golfing trip last week, Gibson and I were able to spend some quality time together. We played alot during the week and had a busy weekend starting with Friday night. We hung out with Lydia and Ava for Ava's 2nd birthday. Lydia even had pumpkins for us to decorate and take home. Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Paul brought out his guitar and played a few tunes for Gibson. Gibson loved it and crawled right over to him and started banging on the top of it while Paul was strumming. It was very sweet to see Gibson looking up to his dad with awe and admiration, and I'm looking forward to capturing more of those dad and son moments on camera. Gibson Hays Evans: Army crawling and tooth #2

Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Army crawling and tooth #2. Gibson started rolling around more than usual about a month ago and within days the rolling turned into a modified army crawl. He uses his elbows to pull himself forward and basically drags his legs behind him. He's starting to bend one knee so maybe he'll be crawling on hands and knees soon. Here's a pic of the 1st tooth. Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Gibson's first tooth started to appear last week. There wasn't enough there to take a picture of but now you can see it when he smiles. He's also started to talk all the time, dada this and dada that. It's so cute. My favorite time of day is when he first wakes up in the morning and I can hear him talking to himself and playing in the crib. It's priceless! Posted by Dr. Evans. Gibson's 1st trip to the Beach. Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Gibson's 1st trip to the Beach. Well we successfully returned from our first beach trip with baby in tow. Gibson had so much fun playing in the sand, rinsing off with the water hose, and splashing around in the pool. He even had his own kiddie pool to play in at the beach, thanks to Barret and Tricia! Surprisingly, he loved those sunglasses too. He never tried to pull them off. But I think the family pics still turned out great! We look forward to many more family vacations!
