Mon 27th: SiShei Primary School. Unfortunately at this point the batteries on the camera ran out, so we missed getting photos of the other class and the rest of the trip back. sorry about that. Fri 1st: Travel Home Day. My last little adventure is to travel to Pudong airport on the MagLev train (Magnetic Levitation) - it gets up to 430km/h - seems a fitting farewell to a city like Shanghai which has seen such speedy growth over the last couple of decades. Website about Shanghai MagLev train. It's now 7:30am and I have to leave here at 9am to get to the airport on time, so I'd better go pack my bags. Well that's just about it - I'll see some of you in the very near future.

Sun 26th: Travel to Jiang De village. This morning we caught a bus to the centre of Guilin and then another bus for the 2.5 hour journey to the town of LongSheng. There we had an enjoyable lunch with a teacher, an education ministry offical and a trainee social worker. After lunch we caught another smaller bus up the valley (about 2 hours or so I think) towards the village of JiangDe. The bus let us off a small bridge over the river and we walked the remaining half an hour to the village.
