Hitachino Nest White Ale | Chris's Beer Guide

Chris's Beer Guide. A bunch of reviews and ratings for beers I drink. Hitachino Nest White Ale. Hitachino Nest White Ale. November 13, 2014. December 11, 2014. Oh yeah, this looked good on the shelf, and tasted bloody good in my mouth. I’ve got a renewed interest in white ales. This one has a real nice citrusy/coriander taste, and for a guy who didn’t like coriander, I bloody love it. Its a bit cloudy and has lovely lemon tones. I could drink this every day. Its a cracking beer. Curious Brew →.

Chris's Beer Guide. A bunch of reviews and ratings for beers I drink. Shepard Neame Spooky Ale. November 1, 2014. December 11, 2014. Bought this just cos it was halloween. Lovely spicey flavours but quite a thick head. Nice and warming, slight coffee flavour in there. Can’t remember much else about it to be honest. On Bath Ales Gem. On Brew Dog Punk IPA. 2016 Chris's Beer Guide. Theme: Base WP by iografica.it.

lager | Chris's Beer Guide

Chris's Beer Guide. A bunch of reviews and ratings for beers I drink. November 15, 2014. December 11, 2014. February 20, 2013. February 20, 2013. Once again crossed the border into lagerville. I was drawn in by the moulded green Buddha bottle. It pours as you’d expect a lager to pour. Smells a little hoppy but tastes particularly odd. A bit grassy and a little ‘old’. I only bought it because I’d never seen it before. Cool bottle, but not a keeper beer. 48% in 330ml bottle. On Bath Ales Gem.
