Wednesday, May 5, 2010. A few weeks ago I moved my parakeets, aka "budgies", to the outdoors. I had a cedar rabbit hutch that was no longer being used for rabbits, so I got the bright idea that Casper and Freebird would enjoy spending the summer and early fall out in the fresh air.
