http://bike21.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 27, 2011. Rules of the road. I need to work on the training wheels situation. It's killing me that they are not past that, yet. Earlier in the day we had fun on this bike rack. Posted by Juan Roman Magdaraog. Links to this post. Friday, June 3, 2011. Oh, yeah, I have a blog. I don't want to quit just yet, though. I do want to mention that I took a test ride of a Globe Live 2. Globe. For those unaware, is a spinoff brand of Specialized that "specializes" (see what I did there? The Live (I thi...

Bike 21: Developing a bike commute habit: January 2013
http://bike21.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 18, 2013. WellI rode in to work for the second time this year today! That's twice in three weeks. Considering how little I bike commuted in 2012, this is very promising. It helped that I left after 7 am today whereas the last time I tried to get the jump around 6:30 am (more sun! In case you're new to my blog and haven't read about the origin of the name Bike21, take a peek at the About page. I recently saw this article that tells a similar story to how I started bike commuting:. All in a...

Wanderlust Cycling: Long time no commute
http://wanderlustcycling.blogspot.com/2010/06/long-time-no-commute.html
Thoughts of a newbie cyclist. Sunday, June 20, 2010. Long time no commute. I havent been commuting for a really long time. I believe it has been 5 weeks. However, by not cycle commuting, I've actually been able to enjoy the food at my favourite nasi padang stall in the army market after coaching/paddling at Kallang. I also dont have to worry about where I lock my bicycle. Its more sociable this way too since I get to go makan with friends. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). An Adventure Called Bicycling.

Wanderlust Cycling: Detour
http://wanderlustcycling.blogspot.com/2010/07/detour.html
Thoughts of a newbie cyclist. Saturday, July 10, 2010. Found an alternative route that avoids the ridiculous Bendemeer junction on my commute to Kallang. From Upper Serangoon Rd, turn into Wan Tho Ave and use these small roads to reach Macpherson Rd where the Royal Sporting House building is. From here, I will still need to go through the construction detour, however, I need not filter lanes and can stay on the left side. Just need to watch out for the PIE exit when approaching Bendemeer Rd. 2) review yo...

Wanderlust Cycling: A little too much
http://wanderlustcycling.blogspot.com/2010/04/little-too-much_13.html
Thoughts of a newbie cyclist. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. A little too much. Spotted this interesting post on togoparts made by Humongous. He has 3 bike profiles on Togoparts, which I think means he is a paying member. Its about how he was followed by another cyclist thinking he was a bike thief. The cyclist took it upon himself to interrogate Humongous which included asking why he was not in "proper attire" and why he was not using clipless pedals. After which i returned and stop by outside Bedok NPC and a...

http://bike21.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 10, 2011. Back in the Saddle. It’s been awhile since my last post (whoa, first since October and first of 2011! Much of that has to do with me not making my bike commute on a regular basis pretty much since September. I definitely had no rides after the fall time change. I have a few bike commutes under my belt in 2011, but it's been a slow start. Posted by Juan Roman Magdaraog. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Bike 21: Developing a bike commute habit. Saturday, June 26, 2010. More on Kearny Villa bike lane. For anyone interested, I've got some tidbits to share about the Kearny Villa Rd bike lane repaving. I was back on schedule with the bike commute this past Wednesday. It was my first day riding on the newly paved bike lane. What a difference! On Friday I drove up and down and noticed they had marked all the southbound side and I saw a crew out in the process of marking the northbound side. Ahh, fresh asphalt! Friday, January 11, 2013. First ride of 2013. Greetings, Internet people! It's a new year and I'm trying to get off to a good start. I made my first bike commute of the year last Friday, my first ride since October. Yay! Speaking of that last ride, it did not go so well. This happened:. Yep, my pedal broke off. The thread was completely stripped, so it couldn't even be fixed. I had to catch a ride home for me and my bike. This time around, it. Posted by Juan Roman Magdaraog. Leave a comment here. San Die...
