A finals de novembre no et pots encantar gaire si vols fer 100 Qm. amb molt de desnivell acumulat, com ha estat el cas. He anat juntant diversos recorreguts que coneixia, i al final ha sortit una ruta molt dura i llarga, però ha valgut la pena patir-la, encara que tot sol, amb els meus pensaments, ja que ni tan sols ha funcional l'aparell d'MP3. Dilluns, 5 d’octubre de 2009. Totes les fotos a : MONTSERRAT. Diumenge, 4 vam anar a Montserrat tal i com estava previst. Vam ser 13 ciclistes més 19 acompanyants. La sortida va ser a trenc d'alba com es pot veure a la foto, i l'arribada al Moestir va ser a les 18:30 hores. Vam dinar tots plegats a La Pobla de Claramunt i la jornada va ser completa en tots els sentits, ja que tots els ciclistes vam assorlir l'0bjectiu inicial. Dimecres, 30 de març de 2011. TOT A PUNT PER LA VIA DE LA PLATA - RETORN CAMÍ DE SANT JAUME. Ja està tot a punt per començar la gran aventura. Aquest proper dilluns sortim volant amb el Pep Poblet cap a Sevilla per anar a dormir a Mérida, on començarem la macro-ruta " Via de la Plata ( Mérida-Astorga ) i Retorn pel Camí de Sant Jaume - L'Espluga ". Una volteta de 1.300 Km. que afrontem amb molta il·lusió i respecte. Les bicis ja estàn en camí i nosaltres ja en tenim ganes. Enllaços a aquest missatge.

Dijous, 27 de maig de 2010. PER LES MUNTANYES DE PRADES i MÉS. Finalment he fet una sortida memorable, i acompanyat de l'Isaïes. Hem sortit de l'Espluga a les 8:00 h. en punt, i pujant per les mines, hem passat per Prades, on ha començat a fer un lleuger plugim acompanyat de força boires . Afortunadament només ha durat cinc minuts, i després ha anat sortint tímidament el sol. Baixada a La Febró pels Masos de Galzeran, i després d' agafar aigua, pujada al Serret dels Avencs, aprofitant per visitar-los.

Dijous, 29 d’abril de 2010. L'objectiu era fer la primera sortida de 100 qm. del 2010. He sortit sol, i amb tranquilitat. Pujant per les mines, i anant fent mossegades dels entrepans en diversos llocs de la ruta. No he entrat a Tarragona perquè el Francolí portava força aigua, i no tenia ganes de travessar el pont entre el trànsit. A partir de La Selva, s'ha acabat el gaudir de la ruta i de la natura, i simplement és questió d'anar fent quilòmetres. Enllaços a aquest missatge. VOLTORERA- COLL DE LA COLOMA.
