Základní informace o bílém čaji. Má zlatavý nálev a jemné nasládlé aroma. Bílý čaj se dříve označoval jako čaj císařů. Protože byl tak vzácný, že si jej běžný člověk nemohl dovolit. Bílý čaj. Se totiž zpracovává z mladých a ještě nerozinutých čajových lístků. Ty se mohou sbírat jen během krátkého období roku a bílý čaj. Se tak prakticky stává nepřirozenějším a nejčistším čajem.
