Technically, it hasn't even been a week, since I switched my weigh-in day from Sunday to Friday. This is probably the last of the quick losses, which is fine. I get that it's healthier to lose 1-2 pounds a week, rather than 5. I need it at the beginning though, to get motivated. And holy crap, am I motivated! I can do it.
