Boil 1l milk (i do it in the micro), this is to sterilise the milk. When warm (body temperature) add 1 tbsp of yoghurt. Stir. Pour into a flask, leave for 8hours. This is such an easy thing to do, I have made bread almost everyday since December 2006! 500g flour (i always use strong organic flour). 2 tsp dried yeast (or 20g fresh yeast – you will need to activate it first).
