ビスフェノールＡは日本の化審法に基づく試験ガイドライン OECD TG 301C では 難分解性 と判定されています。 しかしその他の試験ガイドラインに基づく試験 OECD TG 302A, 301F等 では 良分解性 とされています。 ビスフェノールＡに短期間 ２ ３日程度 曝露された場合の影響は、藻類 魚類 ミジンコ 甲殻類 とも１,000μg/Lより高い濃度が必要と報告されています。 予測無影響濃度 PNEC は、EUリスク評価書 2008 では1.5μg/L、ＥUのビスフェノールＡメーカーのCSR 化学品安全報告書 では18μg/Lと計算しています。 検出限界値 ng/g 0.01. この濃度は、水生生物に悪影響が出ると報告されている最低濃度である160μg/Lに対して数百分の1 メダカに対しては数千分の1 で、予測無影響濃度に対して、10分の1以下 ＥＵリスク評価書 或いは100分の1以下 ＣＳＲ になります。 1) CAStaples,et.al.,Chemosphere 36(10),2149-2173 (1998).
