The Things in Life. That make us smile. Thursday, January 10, 2013. Both kids had conked out in the car shortly after getting buckled in, and they transferred to their beds wonderfully. We spent the last hour of 2012 joining our Oki Neighbors on the hill around the fire pit where we chatted some more and enjoyed the heat from dead Christmas trees going up in flames. Spencer was back at work the second week of Barbara's visit, so we took her to some low key places that are a little closer to home. We spent one afternoon at the Mini-Mini Zoo, a little covered "zoo" with a random assortment of animals (e.g. ostriches, snakes, birds, a donkey, a pig, monkeys, an armadillo). The best part is that it's free! I guess we didn't take pictures of any of the animals. My happy boy with Grandma B.

We met up with the Smith's and made our way over to Skytree Tower, the tallest tower. In the world and the second tallest structure. Much to our delight, the shopping area had a Cold Stone! Friday, July 19, 2013. Can Life Get Any Busier? Me in my 35 week glory. 27 lbs heavier than pre-pregnancy. Our new/used patio furniture Chris got off KSL for $120. Baby's crib I assembled myself complete with a hand crocheted "Mimi" from my mother hanging over the crib rail. I need to get a mattress pad before I can put sheets on her matress. Sunday, June 23, 2013. A few updates. I am too lazy to take a picture of my growing stomach every week.I decided every 5 weeks was manageable. I have a few inbetween weeks from events. The weight gain seems to be sporadic but balancing itself out. For instance from 20 weeks to 24 weeks I gained a whopping 7 lbs.
