August 18, 2012. Well I’m back on the blog which really only means one thing – I’m sick again. I knew I couldn’t outrun it but you know…you dream. I feel full of pain. Fear, anxiety, a reluctance to do anything, full of tears, narky. The whole shebang. But my god did I get a good innings. About 8 months of just small blips! A proper life indeed! I kept up my meds and swimming and they kept it at bay until a string of life stressors gave it an entry point. So what can I do? I bloody hope so. July 10, 2012.
